MAIN OBJECTIVES:
Often, companies lack the necessary expertise to successfully implement an internship program, as there is no point person to take on this responsibility. The project introduces the profile of the i-Coach Expert, through the development of an innovative toolkit, which will equip potential end-users with the necessary knowledge to create, manage and implement an internship program and support employees in their transition to a new role within their organization.
MAIN RESULTS:
The i-COACH project has 3 outcomes:

- The design of the “i-Coach Expert” Profile, which is made up of the set of skills that the Expert should possess
- The development of a set of tools to train the i-Coach Expert.
- The creation of an i-Coach partnership model
