MAIN OBJECTIVE:
The Regio.Digi.Hub project has created a profile within the VET system that empowers users on the topic of regional development at the European level, finding the best combination of bottom-up and leadership approaches that involve teachers, trainers and learners with high-level strategy and direction.
MAIN RESULTS:
- Develop an online learning platform dedicated to innovation in the regional development sector to support and adapt to the major economic, environmental and social changes taking place and better position regional development VET to address the future evolution of regions through innovation.
- Build the capacity of the regional development VET system for innovation and digitization.
- Define a proprietary innovation and digitalization pathway for the regional development VET system suitable for our stakeholders and especially for VET learners, employers and providers.
- Develop an innovative training methodology and define learning strategies for new teaching and learning pedagogies in education for regional development.
- The development of the course with 3 modules validated by 130 employees and trainers from various vocational training centers.
- Improving the educational competencies of at least 24 staff members of 8 partner organizations from 6 project partner countries through the development and implementation of joint short-term staff training.
